You’ll play a key role in delivering digital campaigns, managing website content, and driving performance insights across our multi-brand portfolio. You’ll be joining at an exciting time for the business, with major digital transformation projects underway including a new web build, brand evolution and a stronger focus on data-led marketing. Working closely with our UK and global teams, you’ll support the delivery of campaigns that engage families, drive bookings, and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Campaign Execution & Agency Briefing – Translate marketing plans into clear digital briefs for agencies across paid media (Google Ads, Meta) and landing pages. Coordinate delivery, manage timelines, feedback and optimisation cycles.
- Website Management (Storyblok) – Execute website updates and landing page builds via Storyblok CMS. Ensure all content is accurate, SEO-friendly, on-brand and aligned to campaign messaging.
- Campaign Delivery & Coordination – Support the rollout of multi-channel campaigns across digital touchpoints. Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
- Test & Learn Approach – Support A/B testing and continuous optimisation of campaigns and website journeys using data and insights.
- Social & Creative Execution – Create and adapt content for social channels using tools such as Canva. Support scheduling and campaign rollouts, working with designers where needed.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management – Work with internal teams (BD, Ops, CX, IT) and external partners (digital agency, designers, PR) to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
- Reporting & ROI Tracking – Support the measurement of campaign performance, providing clear reporting on KPIs and ROI to inform future activity.
- Digital Tools & Platforms – Support the use and optimisation of key platforms including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Storyblok, Google Ads, Meta Ads and scheduling tools.
