Location: Wellington Eagles Primary Academy, Wellesley Road, Ludgershall, Andover, SP11 9LT
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Term Time Only (option to work during holidays)
Hours: 22.5 hrs per week
Pay: Ā£13.00 ā Ā£14.00 per hour
Working hours: 7.30 am ā 9.00 am (Breakfast Club) & 3.00 pm ā 6.00 pm (AfterāSchool Club)
Holiday Clubs: Up to 40 hrs per week, 8.30 am ā 5.30 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, direct and support a passionate team, ensuring staff deliver a safe and effective programme.
- Maintain effective communication with venues, parents, schools, host leisure centres and Central Operations.
- Provide inclusive, fun and engaging care, inspiring children to explore their interests.
- Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm, including multiāsports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
- Follow procedures and implement protocols and policies, ensuring the safety and welfare of children.
- Create peopleāfocused, warm and genuine experiences that delight children and families.
- Adapt to a flexible role that allows you to bring your authentic self to work.
Requirements & Compliance
- Compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and exemption from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974.
- Provide two references ā one from most recent employer and one from a childcare setting (if applicable).
- DBS check will be conducted; please prepare the correct documentation.
