Do you love working with children and creating fun, engaging experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and caring Playworker / Activity Leader to join our Holiday Club team in Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to spend your summer helping children learn, play, and make lasting memories through a variety of exciting activities. From sports and team games to arts & crafts and creative play, no two days are the same.

School Holidays Only
Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
Summer Dates Available 20 July – 2 September 2026
There are also opportunities to work during future school holidays throughout the year (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Applicants must be available for a minimum of three weeks during the summer holidays. Limited on‑site parking available.

About the Role

As a Holiday Club Playworker, you’ll help deliver engaging activities; support children’s development through play; and create an environment where every child feels included, valued, and encouraged to thrive.   • Deliver fun, engaging, and inclusive activities for children
  • Support a variety of sessions including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment
  • Support children throughout the day, including arrivals and collections
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
  • Prepare and provide refreshments while maintaining hygiene standards
  • Assist with setting up and packing away equipment and activity areas
  • Complete accident, incident, and activity records where required
  • Communicate professionally with children, parents, schools, and colleagues
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage participation

  • Previous experience working with children (desirable)
