A day of play
- MAKING A DIFFERENCE
- Deliver engaging, effective training, online, in-person, and in the field, to support colleagues across all areas of our operations.
- Bring policies and procedures to life, turning complex information into clear, practical, and engaging learning for diverse teams.
- Support and guide teams through learning platforms, tools, and systems, and offer technical help and support with onboarding as needed.
- Collaborate closely with managers, operational leads, and other departments to embed learning as a positive, ongoing experience.
- CREATING & INSPIRING
- Create dynamic training materials, including presentations, handbooks, guides, and digital content.
- Champion our culture and values through everything you teach and share.
- Identify learning needs and tailor your approach to suit your audience, from new starters to experienced managers.
- Work flexibly and independently, often travelling to different sites within your hub.
For your new adventure
- You’re experienced in multi-site training. We’d like you to have a minimum of 2 years training experience in a multi-site setting, desirably in the childcare sector.
- Bringing a great understanding of the environment, challenges, policies, procedures, and best practice will set you up for success from the very start.
- You’re a confident communicator and natural facilitator. You will be the energy to every session and bring alive complex information clear, engaging, and easy to understand that is unique to your style.
- You’re organised, self-sufficient, and adaptable as you’ll be managing your time, juggling priorities and demands whilst remaining calm under pressure.
- You’re digitally savvy. We’d like you to be confident using Microsoft 365, online learning platforms, and digital tools to create and deliver impactful content.
- You’re compliance-focused mindset that is dedicated to delivering training that meets all regulatory and safeguarding standards.
- You’re creative & detail-focused as you’ll be responsible for designing and editing high-quality training materials that look great and stay compliant.
- You’re passionate about people development. You’ll need to be prepared to travel to connect with teams across the business, and make a genuine impact on how we learn and grow at JAG.
- You’re happy to travel. You’ll be in high demand and required to travel lots.
