Responsibilities
- Oversee approximately 10 sites across the Oxfordshire area.
- Lead and inspire a team of Club Managers, ensuring high standards are delivered across all sites.
- Manage commercial performance: optimise costs, maximise revenue, and exceed budget expectations.
- Coordinate local funding opportunities and collaborate with support functions (People, Marketing, Finance, Safeguarding, Customer Experience).
- Deliver club results and collaborate with the Head of Education & Wellbeing to meet shortâ and longâterm business objectives.
- Take ownership of the Adventure Program and Holiday HQ delivery within the cluster, ensuring worldâclass product and childâcentric programming.
- Empower teams to deliver an experienceâled program, ensuring enrichment and development for children.
- Coordinate the training calendar of the area and ensure forwardâthinking delivery.
- Provide exceptional leadership of Club Managers, promoting culture, values, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure employee engagement, feedback, retention, and performance meet high standards.
- Drive a safetyâfocused culture, acting as the safeguarding ambassador and managing safe reporting.
- Compliance with Ofsted requirements across the cluster.
- Grow new business through referrals, networking, and developing relationships with Headteachers and governors.
- Upsell and promote additional service offerings to the current cluster.
- Identify local community engagement opportunities and build trust with stakeholders.
- Support the Head of Education & Wellbeing to expand the brand footprint within the cluster.
