Start Date: September 2025
Hours: 22 hours per week and more hours available during the school holidays
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday - Hours: 7.30 – 9.00 am & 3.00 pm – 6.00 pm
Pay: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay
The ideal candidate will have Management & Team leading experience and be able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.
As a Club Manager, you will:
- Manage, direct and support staff in their delivery of a safe and effective programme.
- Ensure team members are motivated and happy.
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
- Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm.
- Implement protocols and policies with team members.
