Do you have the energy of a superhero, the creativity of an artist, and a passion for working with children? Join our team as a Childcare Activity Leader and turn ordinary mornings and afternoons into unforgettable adventures! At Junior Adventures Group, we offer a vibrant environment for children aged 4‑11 through activities such as football, face painting, scavenger hunts, and snack time. The role is split shift, with breaks in between, and offers opportunities to increase hours during Holiday Club seasons and lunchtime cover.
What you’ll do day‑to‑day:
- Deliver exciting, age‑appropriate activities such as multi‑sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
- Set up engaging play spaces and keep them safe, clean, and organised.
- Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.

What we’re looking for:
- Someone who loves working with children and has a positive, can‑do attitude.
- A creative thinker able to transform an ordinary afternoon into a magical experience.
- A team player confident in running activities and managing a group.
- Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (but personality is key).
We believe every child deserves to feel safe, inspired, and full of joy. If you’re ready to help kids learn, grow, and have fun, we’d love to meet you.
