Location: East Grinstead

Start Date: February/March 2026

Permanent Contract Available, Term time or 52 weeks

Working hours: Breakfast Club 6.45am - 9:00 am & After school club 2.45 pm- 6.30 pm PLUS 10 HOURS PLANNING AND PREPARATION

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £15.10 per hour - £31,491.00 per annum

Additional information: 40 hours per week available during school holidays in our holiday camps.

The ideal candidate will have Management & Team leading experience and able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.

You'd be joining the UK's leading provider of children's wraparound care offering a range of roles in our Breakfast, After School and Holiday Clubs!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, direct and support staff in their delivery of a safe and effective programme.
  • Ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.
  • Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
  • Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm.
  • Implement protocols and policies with team members.
