Experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Leader required to oversee and deliver high-quality childcare within a busy Breakfast & After School Club in Bradford-on-Avon. We are seeking a qualified Early Years professional to lead activities and support the development of children within our wraparound care provision. This role requires a Level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification due to working with Nursery and Reception-aged children.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Breakfast Club: 07:30 – 09:00
- After School Club: 15:00 – 18:00

About the Role
At Junior Adventures Group, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Early Years Leader to join our growing team. You will be responsible for leading activity delivery, supporting staff, and ensuring a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for all children. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Early Years experience and leadership skills who is looking to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of engaging EYFS-based activities
- Oversee daily routines and ensure high-quality care and provision
- Supervise, support, and motivate team members
- Plan structured activities including games, arts & crafts, structured play, and age-appropriate sports activities
- Ensure compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and health & safety policies
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, schools, and central operations
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
- Take responsibility for safeguarding and welfare of children in your care
- Support behaviour management and promote positive engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working within Early Years settings
- Leadership or team supervision experience (desirable)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Passionate about working with children and supporting their development
- Ability to lead by example and inspire a team
