Location: Montpelier Primary School, Montpelier Road, London W5 2QT
Hours: 35 hours per week
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 9am, 12pm - 1:30pm & 2.30pm - 6.00pm
Contract: 52 week contract
Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour
The ideal candidate:
- Management & Team leading experience and able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a passionate team and manage, direct and support staff in delivering a safe and effective programme, ensuring team members are motivated and happy.
- Be approachable and able to communicate and engage with people, ensuring effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
- Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm, ranging from multi sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
- Be proactive, responsible and follow procedures; implement our protocols and policies with team members.
- Be people-focused, warm, honest and genuine, creating unexpected experiences that make people go 'WOW!'.
- Enjoy a role that allows you flexibility and celebrates your unique talents and skills.
