Location: Montpelier Primary School, Montpelier Road, London W5 2QT
Hours: 35 hours per week
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday – 7:30am - 9:00am, 12:00pm - 1:30pm & 2:30pm - 6:00pm
Contract: 52 week contract
Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour
Live proximity requirement: You will need to live within 30 minutes of the site.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a passionate team who have the same goals, manage, direct and support staff in the delivery of a safe and effective programme, ensuring team members are motivated and happy.
- Ensure effective communication between the venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations.
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
- Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm, including multi-sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
- Follow procedures and policies, implementing them with the team; ensure safeguarding and welfare protocols are followed as part of daily operations.
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, people-focused, warm, honest and genuine, creating engaging experiences for children and families.
- Utilise your flexibility and unique talents to contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Management & team-leading experience; ability to demonstrate a passion for working with children.
