The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Location: The Grange Primary School, Church Gardens, Ealing, Greater London W5 4HN

Contract: Permanent 52 week contract

Hours: 40 hours a week

Operational Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 9:00am & 11.30am - 1.30pm & 3.00pm- 6.00pm - Extra Hours paid for Planning, Preparation & Promoting this Club

Pay: up to £16 per hour

Ideal Candidate:

  • Management & Team leading experience
  • Real passion for working with children
  • 3 years experience of Management
  • Quick learner, problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be the face of JAG and point of communication between the School and JAG
  • Promoting the club and increasing the bookings

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, direct and support staff in their delivery of a safe and effective programme
  • Ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations
  • Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children while inspiring them to explore their interests
  • Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm
  • Implement protocols and policies with team members
  • Create unexpected experiences which make people go 'WOW!'
  • Bring unique talents and skills to the role

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. You must provide two references, one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting (if applicable). We will conduct a DBS check on your behalf, so please prepare the correct documentation. You must meet these requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
