Permanent Contract Available
Working hours: Breakfast Club 7:30 am - 9:00 am; After school club 15:00 pm - 18:00 pm
Contracts available: Term Time only or 52 week
Additional information: 40 hours per week available during school holidays in our holiday camps
The ideal candidate will have Management & Team leading experience and be able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, direct and support staff in their delivery of a safe and effective programme.
- Ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
- Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm.
- Implement protocols and policies with team members.
- Create unexpected experiences which make people go 'WOW!'.
