The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Location: Fairfield Park, Stotfold, SG5 4SG
Hours: 22.5 hours per week during term time
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday: 7.30am‑9.00am & 3.00pm‑6pm (split shift)
Pay: Hourly rate depending on age and qualification, plus holiday pay
Contract: Term Time only

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi‑sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play, ensuring they are age‑appropriate.
- Follow all Health and Safety protocols and policies, including signing in and out processes.
- Provide refreshments for the children and maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
- Set up, pack away play spaces, moving furniture and play equipment as needed.
- Keep all relevant documentation, including accident and incident forms, up to date and completed as required.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with team members, parents, children, and schools.
- Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks for all equipment and kit.
- Take the lead in championing health and safety, providing first aid where necessary.
- Keep all information and documents related to the children confidential and secure.
- Inspire team members and the children to have fun, be active, and lead an active lifestyle.
Compliance and References
This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. You must provide two references, one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting (if applicable). A DBS check will be conducted on your behalf; please prepare the correct documentation.
