Overview

Job Title: Club Manager

Term Hours: 6.45-9.00am & 2.45-6.30pm plus paid admin time. Camp Hours: 8-hour shifts per day. Department: Childcare. Reporting to: Area Manager. Location: RH130PJ.

Salary £13.50 per hour. Annual Salary is £24,657.75 (£13.50 x 35.125 hr x 52 weeks).

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Manager, your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Actively managing your club: Organise club staffing and logistics
  • Observe staff leading activities and provide feedback
  • Create activity plans with differentiation
  • Be secure in safeguarding and prevent
  • Be the point of contact for parents, answering questions or concerns
  • Supervise your staff team regularly
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships for your club
  • Deliver training to your staff team
  • Ensure your club is compliant with outside agencies, including Ofsted and Environmental Health
  • Identify areas for growth at your club
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are complete

Working With Your Area Manager To

  • Supervise your staff team regularly
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships for your club
  • Deliver training to your staff team
  • Ensure your club is compliant with outside agencies, including Ofsted and Environmental Health
  • Identify areas for growth at your club
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are complete
