At Junior Adventures Group (JAG), we're looking for a passionate Breakfast & After School Club Manager to lead our thriving wraparound care provision at Charvil Piggott Primary School.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small, dedicated team and create a safe, welcoming and exciting environment where children aged 4–11 can play, learn and thrive before and after the school day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the Breakfast & After School Club.
• Plan and deliver a wide range of engaging, inclusive and age‑appropriate activities.
• Create a fun, safe and welcoming environment where every child feels happy and supported.
• Lead, motivate and support your team to deliver exceptional childcare.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, school staff and colleagues.
• Manage registers, planning and club administration.
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety and company policies are always followed.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage children to build confidence, friendships and independence.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about working with children.
• A confident and supportive leader.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy club environment.
• An excellent communicator who enjoys building positive relationships.
• Able to inspire both children and colleagues.
• Experienced in childcare, education, playwork, sports coaching or a similar environment.

Whether you've worked as a Playworker, Sports Coach, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Holiday Club Leader, Youth Worker or in another childcare setting, we would love to hear from you.
