Notes: We also operate in nearby Leisure Centres and Schools within a ten minutes drive of Bradley Stoke.
Operational Hours: 8.30 - 17.30 during February Half Term.
Feb Half Term Work Dates Available: Monday 16th to Friday 20th February (excluding weekends & Bank holidays).
Please Note: The successful candidates will have more work available in all future school holidays.

Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will have a real passion for working with children and confidence in leading various sporting activities is a bonus. A sports coach qualification is not required, but a real enthusiasm for physical activities and to encourage young people to live a healthy, active lifestyle.

- Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play, and more, ensuring they are age-appropriate.
- Follow all Health and Safety protocols and policies, including signing in and out processes.
- Provide refreshments for the children.
- Create an inclusive and fun atmosphere for the children in our care, from picking them up from school to safely delivering them back to their parents or caregivers.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute structured activities that encourage maximum participation (e.g., multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play).
- Ensure all activities are age and skill-appropriate while prioritising safety, including proper use of equipment and space.
- Provide refreshments for the kids while maintaining high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
- Set up and pack away play spaces, moving furniture and play equipment as needed.
- Follow all Health and Safety protocols and policies and keep all relevant documentation up to date, including accident and incident forms.
- Ensure proper sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed for all children in our care.
- Communicate professionally with team members, parents, children, and schools; conduct regular maintenance and safety checks for all equipment and kit.
- Take the lead in championing health and safety, providing first aid where necessary.
- Keep all information and documents related to the children confidential and secure.
- Inspire our team members and the children to have fun, be active, and lead an active lifestyle.
This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. You must provide two references (one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting, if applicable). A DBS check will be conducted on your behalf, so please prepare the correct documentation. You must meet these requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
