Start Date: September
Location: Orchard Street, Kempston, Bedford, MK42 7LJ
Hours: 24 hours per week during term time (with the opportunity to work up to 40 hrs per week during our holiday clubs if desired)
Operational Hours during Term Time: Monday to Friday - Hours: 07:30AM - 09:00AM + 15:00PM - 18:00PM with 1.5 Hrs paid Admin time.
Operational Hours during School Holidays: Monday to Friday - Hours: 08:30 - 17:30
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Contracts Available: Term Time only or Fixed 52 week Permanent contract

Responsibilities:
- Support in managing, directing, and assisting team members in their delivery of a safe and effective programme, ensuring a motivated and happy team.
- Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play, and more ensuring they are age appropriate.
- Ensure that there is effective communication between your Club Manager, venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations.
This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. You must provide two references, one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting (if applicable). We will conduct a DBS check on your behalf, so please prepare the correct documentation. You must meet these requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
