Location: Stourview Primary Academy, Remercie Road, Mistley, Essex, CO11 1LS
Term Time Only: 21 hours per week during Term Time (up to 40 hours work available during holiday clubs if desired).
Working hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am-9am and 3pm-6pm
Pay: £14 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Lead a passionate team, manage, direct and support staff in delivering a safe and effective programme, ensuring team members are motivated and happy.
- Ensure effective communication between venue, team, parents, school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children, inspiring them to explore interests.
- Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm, including multi sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
- Implement procedures, follow policies, ensuring children are safe and cared for.
- Be people‑focused, warm, honest, genuine, creating unexpected experiences.
- Be flexible, bring unique talents, embody a big‑kid heart.
