Location: The Orchard Primary School Hounslow, Orchard Road, Hounslow, TW4 5JW
Hours: 20 hours a week
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 8:45am & 3:15pm - 6pm
Pay: Up to £13.20
Contracts Available: Term time contract
Responsibilities
- Lead a passionate team who have the same goals, manage, direct and support staff in delivering a safe and effective programme, while ensuring team members are motivated and happy.
- Ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
- Plan, supervise and deliver activities with structure and enthusiasm, including a wide range from multi-sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
- Follow procedures and implement policies and protocols with the team, as the children in our care are our responsibility.
- Be energetic, people-focused, warm, honest and genuine, and create positive experiences for participants.
- Be flexible and embrace your unique talents and skills, bringing a positive, engaging presence to the role.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in our care and so all our team members require an enhanced DBS check. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.
