Location: Chatsworth Primary School, Heath Road, Hounslow, TW3 2NW
Hours: 21 hours a week
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 9am & 3:15pm - 6pm
Pay: Up to Β£13.20
Contracts Available: Term time contract
The ideal candidate will have Management & Team leading experience and be able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, direct and support staff in their delivery of a safe and effective programme.
- Ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
- Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm.
- Implement protocols and policies with team members.
- Create unexpected experiences which make people go 'WOW!'.
