Summer Camp Manager July - September 2026

Up to £14 per hour | Mon-Friday | 8.30 - 5.30

Location: Basildon Sporting Village - Cranes Farm Rd, Basildon, SS14 3GR

As Camp Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop a team of Activity Coaches
  • Keep the camp running smoothly (structure, pace, routines)
  • Be the main point of contact for parents on site
  • Take the lead on incidents and escalation
  • Play a key role in delivering safe, well-managed excursions
