From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you’ll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4‑11.

This role is split shift, meaning you’ll work mornings and afternoons, with a break in between (great for studying, hobbies, family, or even a nap!). You’ll also have the opportunity to increase your hours during Holiday Club seasons and Lunchtime Cover.

What you’ll do day‑to‑day:

  • Deliver exciting, age‑appropriate activities such as multi‑sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
  • Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and engaging.
  • Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
  • Prepare snacks and manage sign‑in/out processes.
  • Work split shifts: 7:30‑9:00 am and 3:00‑6:00 pm.

What we’re looking for:

  • A love for working with children and a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • A creative thinker who can turn an ordinary afternoon into a magical experience.
  • A team player who can also confidently run activities and manage a group.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (personality is also valued).

We believe every child deserves to feel safe, inspired, and full of joy. All roles require an Enhanced DBS check. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and related amendments.
