Hours: 15 hours a week
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday: 3pm - 6pm
Pay: Up to £13.50

The ideal candidate will have Management & Team leading experience and be able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a passionate team, manage, direct and support staff in delivering a safe and effective programme, ensuring team members are motivated and happy.
- Ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
- Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm. This includes a wide range from multi sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
- Follow procedures and policies; implement protocols with the team.
- Be proactive, energetic and able to create memorable experiences that engage children and families.
- Be flexible and bring your unique talents and skills to the role.
