Location: Star Primary School, Star Lane, Newham, London, E16 4NH

Hours: 15 hours a week

Operational Hours: Monday to Friday: 3pm - 6pm

Pay: Up to £13.50

Contracts Available: Term time contract

The ideal candidate will have Management & Team leading experience and be able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a passionate team, manage, direct and support staff in delivering a safe and effective programme, ensuring team members are motivated and happy.
  • Ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.
  • Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
  • Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm. This includes a wide range from multi sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
  • Follow procedures and policies; implement protocols with the team.
  • Be proactive, energetic and able to create memorable experiences that engage children and families.
  • Be flexible and bring your unique talents and skills to the role.
