Job Title: After School Club Deputy Manager

Location: William Patten Primary School, Stoke Newington Church Street, London N16 0NX

Hours: 15 hours per week during term time (with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during holiday clubs, if desired)

Operational Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 18:00

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Manage, direct, and assist team members in delivering a safe and engaging programme, ensuring a motivated and happy team.
  • Plan and execute structured activities that encourage participant engagement (multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play), ensuring activities are age-appropriate.
  • Ensure effective communication between the venue, your team, parents, the school or host centre, and Central Operations.

Requirements

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You must provide two references (one from your most recent employer, and the other from a childcare setting if applicable). A DBS check will be conducted on your behalf. You must meet these requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
