Account Leadership & Client Relationships
- Lead day‑to‑day client relationships across multiple accounts, acting as a strategic advisor and delivery lead.
- Build confidence with clients through calm communication, deep understanding of their brand, and consistent value.
- Proactively manage up, down, and sideways — ensuring projects run to time, budget, and brief.
- Develop smart workflows and ways of working that bring together strategy, creative, production, and media.
Social‑First Strategy & Creative Thinking
