We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Creative Director to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This role is pivotal in driving creative excellence across both new business and existing client work, with a strong focus on social-first thinking.
You will lead from the front - shaping pitch responses, elevating always-on content, and supporting the growth and development of our client portfolio across organic and paid social. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic agency environment and is confident presenting at the highest level.

Job Requirements- Extensive experience in social media, across both organic and paid channels
- Proven track record of leading and managing creative teams in an agency environment

- Deep understanding of social platform behaviour, trends, and cultural insights

- Own and lead the creative response to briefs, spanning large-scale lead social agency pitches through to smaller, fast-turnaround opportunities
- Translate client challenges into compelling, insight-led creative platforms and campaign ideas
- Partner closely with strategy, social and client leadership to shape persuasive pitch narratives
- Lead pitch presentations with confidence, clarity, and authority - bringing ideas to life in the room
- Set and continuously raise the bar for creative excellence across all social output
- Elevate the quality and effectiveness of always-on organic social content across all clients
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback to internal teams, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Play a key role in strengthening senior client relationships through creative leadership
- Support account teams in identifying and unlocking growth opportunities across existing clients
- Bring fresh thinking to existing accounts, helping evolve brand presence and performance
- Oversee the development and execution of content
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team
