We are Jungle Creations, a social-first agency built on the foundations of one of the world’s most successful digital publishers. Since 2014, we have grown audiences of more than 160 million followers across social platforms globally. That scale is not just reach. It’s a living, breathing test bed for what works in modern media. It gives us real-time insight into how content travels, how communities form and how culture moves. In 2019, we launched our publisher-powered social agency, designed to bring that capability to brands. Our model is simple: combine the creativity of a modern social-first agency with the rigour of our data and insight engine, so brands can build communities, earn attention and show up in culture in ways that drive measurable growth. We do not just advise on social. We operate it at scale, every day.
Through Jungle Media, we run a portfolio of award-winning social brands including Twisted, VT, Four Nine, Craft Factory, Lovimals, Level Fitness and Futurology. These communities reach millions of people daily across video, social, web and podcasts, giving us continuous feedback on formats, storytelling and platform behaviour. Today, we partner with leading global brands such as Red Bull, PepsiCo and Disney to help them unlock the full potential of social. We help brands build communities, drive relevance and break into culture on and beyond social.
Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to join our Social Media team, reporting to the Director of Social and Influencer. This role sits at the heart of our agency offer. You will help shape how brands show up in culture through creators, building influencer programmes that drive attention, credibility and commercial impact. You will be a true social specialist with deep knowledge of platforms, formats and emerging behaviours. You likely come from a specialist social, influencer or content agency environment and have a strong track record of delivering successful influencer campaigns and ongoing programmes of work for brands. The right candidate will be confident planning across multiple channels, but instinctively social first in their thinking. You understand that the best influencer work starts with culture and audience, then connects back to brand in a way that feels natural, relevant and commercially effective. While influencer roles are inherently creative, this position requires equal strength in execution and analysis. We are looking for someone who is as comfortable shaping ideas and working with creators as they are interrogating performance, managing paid media and building scalable influencer ecosystems that deliver measurable results.

- Deep understanding of today's creator landscape.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
- Eager to shape a dynamic creator program.

- Communicate with clients: Participate in client meetings and pitches, provide insight into influence strategies, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.
- Analyse and report: Collect and analyse performance data from organic creator output to draw actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.
