As Client Delivery Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless execution of complex, multi-platform brand partnerships campaigns. Acting as a strategic partner to clients and a central hub for internal teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of campaigns - on time, on budget, and on brief.
You’ll bring delivery excellence, project governance, and a commercial mindset, while fostering client relationships and spotting opportunities to grow accounts. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment where agility, collaboration, and quality are key.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in campaign delivery, client servicing, or project management within a creative, content, or digital agency (preferably social-first or publisher-side).
- A thorough understanding of shoots pre & post production.
- Proven track record of delivering high-volume, multi-channel campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, scopes, and profitability.
- Excellent client-facing skills — confident, calm under pressure, and a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
- Confident in leading and maintaining meaningful, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted and proactive partner.
- Hands-on experience using Meta and TikTok advertising and insights tools for reporting and performance tracking.
- Highly flexible and enthusiastic about working across a variety of campaigns and projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Exceptional written communication skills with acute attention to detail, particularly in client comms, reporting, and campaign documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Docs and Slides.
- A team player with a solutions-focused mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and departments.
- Experience with agency management systems (e.g., Synergist, Asana, Monday.com etc.) is a plus.
