Role Responsibilities

This role exists to build the strategy function, not manage it. You set the vision, design the systems, raise strategic craft and make strategy central to how Jungle wins, grows and delivers.

You lead strategy for clients and new business. You shape how we think, sell and solve. You build the infrastructure, tools, and culture that turn insights into impact at scale.

While we believe that strategy roles are inherently creative, we are looking for a strategist who feels as comfortable navigating creative as well as diving into data, is fluent in all aspects of paid media, and thrives when planning platform and channel ecosystems.

• You’ve led strategy at a senior level in social, digital or integrated environments.
• You’ve built or elevated strategic departments, tools or operating models.
• You’ve shaped strategies for major consumer audiences across platforms.
• You pitch with conviction and impact.
• You mix data discipline with cultural fluency.
• You develop strategists into sharp thinkers and confident leaders.

Measures of success

• Strategy becomes a growth engine for the agency.
• Pitches are sharper, won more often and rejected less.
• Work is easier to sell, easier to deliver and harder to replicate.
• Teams move faster with better inputs and clearer outputs.
• Clients value strategic thinking as the core of the partnership.

This role sits on the Senior Management Team and will define how Jungle leads, thinks and grows through strategy.
