Jungheinrich UK is looking for a dynamic senior sales leader to drive national growth, lead a high‑performing Corporate Sales team, and shape our future strategy. Role Purpose

  • Lead, manage and develop our Corporate Sales function.
  • Build and execute a strategic sales plan that drives profitable growth across all Jungheinrich solutions.
  • Guide a team of Corporate Account Managers to achieve sales targets, exceed customer expectations, and support the long‑term business strategy.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and performance management to a team of Corporate Account Managers to deliver sales targets & objectives and high levels of performance.
  • Manage the performance and results of each team member and develop their own competence, ensuring the correct skills, knowledge and attitude are achieved and maintained.
  • Responsible for the health, safety and well-being of all team members.
  • Short, Mid & long-term planning to ensure delivery against ambitious growth plans in line with the business strategy.

Role Requirements:

  • Evidence prior leadership experience.
  • Demonstrate an excellent business knowledge of the MHE market.
  • Full valid current driving licence.
  • An experienced Senior Manager with specific experience within B2B sales.
  • Direct capital or finance sales experience.
  • History of target or objective achievement.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
