Customer Service Administrator
We’re hiring a Customer Service Administrator for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support our team in Milton Keynes. You’ll provide essential administrative support to Engineers, Dispatchers, and Service Managers, helping to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities
- Process service reports, subcontractor orders, credit/debit notes, and invoices using SAP
- Raise and manage purchase orders and supplier communications
- Provide cover for the service dispatch team when needed
- Handle customer calls and maintain CRM data
- Prepare quotations for external repairs and PM contracts
- Support with timesheets, error logs, and general admin duties

- Proven administrative experience, ideally within the engineering or service sector
- Confident using SAP and Microsoft Office
