About us
Junction 4 Pallets are a family-owned business established over 30 years ago that manufacture, repair, and sort pallets, being known in the marketplace as a total pallet provider with sites across the UK. We are expanding rapidly currently employing over 160 employees with sites in Doncaster, Coventry, Harlow and Alloa. At our site in Exhall, Coventry we repair, and sort used pallets for our customers. This facility runs on a 4 on – 4 off shift pattern, from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

Responsibilities
- Using a Counterbalance FLT, a valid Licence is essential for this role.
- Repairing of pallets which involves lifting heavy objects repeatedly.
- Assisting in the use of machinery to repair pallets in various sizes.
- This is a job role that requires a person to stand for long periods of time
- You will need to be fit and able to meet physical demands of the role.
The role pays a rate of £12.60per hour in the training period which will include a full induction and a minimum of a 4-week training period. After you have passed and completed your Induction/Training the rate of pay will increase to up to£13.85per hour.
