The Catering Manager is a hands-on operational role that will lead the delivery of great quality food and service in our Junction 38 Truckstop Kitchen supported by Service Leaders.
Responsibilities
- Passionate about delighting our customers, you will lead your team from the front, coaching your team to provide excellent standards and service every day.
- Building a strong team of service leaders who lead the food quality, customer service and standards on every shift.
- Ensure we deliver food quality according to the specs and recipes as defined by the food team.
- Ensure your team align to our values and deliver warm, friendly, and speedy service to our customers.
- Deliver high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety standards by doing regular audits and setting goals and action plans for your team.
- Ensure commercial success by looking after the sales, cash and stock for your station.
- Look after your team to ensure they are fully trained, engaged and motivated whilst ensuring all colleagues are rostered effectively and paid accurately and on time.
