Resource Coordinator
Overview
JUNA have partnered with a IT Technology Services business who are on the look out for x2 Resource Coordinators, to support the delivery of their professional services and managed service engagements across Cloud, Infrastructure, networking and digital workplace consulting, into both mid-sized and enterprise level organisations.
Location
The organisation operates several offices across the UK with 2-3 days per week in the office.
- One role is expected to be based in Sheffield
- One role is expected to be based in Brighton
The Role
As the susccessful Resource Coordinator, you will be ensuring be ensuring successful delivery by making sure clients have the resource they need.
Around 70% of your time will be working directly with clients to understand needs, then liasing with a pool of around 50 resources to allocate accordingly.
Experience Required:
Previous experience as a Resource Coordinator, or working in Scheduling.
Experience working within a professional service organisation, IT MSP, consultancy or tech services business.
Proven experience coordinating technical resources across multiple projects and customer engagements.
Attention to detail and strong communication/stakeholder management experience.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: £30,000 - £35,000
