We look for people with one of the following backgrounds: Proactive recent grads – Built a TikTok following or run a viral campaign for a uni society, or grown your own brand Corporate marketers (1–3 years) – Want more ownership and a faster pace Startup marketers (1–3 years) – Already worked in social at a startup and ready for something more exciting More important than your CV is your energy. We want to know what you’ve built, what you’ve learned, and why you love startups and social. Starting salaries typically range from £30–50k + equity.
