✨Showcase Your Creativity

As a Social Media Manager, creativity is key! Prepare examples of past campaigns you've led or innovative ideas you have for the startup. Bring visuals or case studies to the interview to make your ideas pop and demonstrate your hands-on experience.

✨Prepare for Scenario Questions

Expect questions that ask how you'd handle specific situations, like a social media crisis or launching a new product. Think through potential scenarios and outline your thought process. This will show your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
