Base pay range
On average, it takes ~4 weeks to receive an offer and you can participate in the programme whilst in full-time work.
The roles:
The roles available change depending on the startups hiring at the time but common roles include:
- Generalist Marketing: work directly with a start-up founder on all aspect of marketing, whether it be branding, growth, digital and broader marketing strategy
- Growth Marketing: analysing data and running experiments to drive growth. You’ll be analysing data across the whole funnel to optimise the user journey – from acquisition to revenue.
- Brand/Content Marketing: help develop a startup’s tone of voice, with visual/written content that espouses clear and consistent brand messaging
- Social Media Marketing: grow the brand and presence of the startup by getting creative with different social media channels
As is the nature of startups, you’ll be given lots of opportunities to take on responsibility & grow quickly within your role.
