Role responsibilities:
Exact requirements of the roles vary by startup, but as a performance marketer, you’ll own the channels that directly drive revenue and user growth. That means:
- Running & optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok (depending on B2B SaaS vs consumer/DTC focus)
- Managing budgets and reporting on CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Testing and scaling SEO, retargeting, and referral programmes
- Building and optimising landing pages and running CRO experiments
- Designing and executing email/lifecycle campaigns to retain and monetise users
You’ll have real ownership of campaigns and budgets, not just reporting - making an immediate impact on growth.
