We’re specifically looking for candidates with a finance background, ideally accounting qualified (ACA or equivalent), with commercial or corporate finance experience who are ready to make a move into the startup world. Progression is often rapid, and alumni have moved on to senior roles including Chief of Staff, Head of Finance, and COO.
Who are we looking for?
- ACA qualified or working towards it
- 1–5 years in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or similar
- Ready to move fast and work close to a founder
- Excited by high‑growth companies and want real ownership from day one
More importantly, we want to know about your side hustles (failed or successful!), extracurriculars, and motivations to work in a startup.
