What you’ll do
- Building the top of the sales funnel: prospecting, outreach, and qualifying leads.
- Working closely with founders or early sales leaders to refine messaging and outreach.
- Speaking directly with decision-makers at startups and scaleups.
- Playing an integral role in a startup’s growth, where every new customer counts.
Is this you
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales-adjacent or customer-facing role (e.g. recruitment, teaching, estate agency, fundraising, partnerships, hospitality).
- Motivated by exceeding targets and can demonstrate where you’ve done this before.
- Confident, persuasive communicators who can build rapport quickly.
- Ambitious to accelerate their career in sales and open to the fast pace of startups.
Extra points if you’ve
- Got side hustles, projects or other achievements that show drive and resilience.

- Average base salaries: £40–80K OTE (depending on startup and role seniority).
- Startups: Seed to Series A, with ~50% of roles not advertised elsewhere.
