On average, it takes 4 weeks to receive an offer and you can participate in the programme whilst in full-time work.
Starting salaries range from ÂŁ30-45k + equity , with roles based in central London working on a hybrid working basis.
Your Responsibilities
Common tasks in this role include:
- Generalist Marketing: work across all areas of marketing & shape marketing strategy.
- Growth Marketing: Use data to identify which channels will accelerate a company’s growth across the whole marketing funnel.
- Social Media Marketing: create scroll-stopping content & launch high-impact social campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement & growth.
As is the nature of startups, you’ll be given lots of opportunities to take on responsibility & grow quickly within your role. Our alumni have gone from marketing exec to marketing lead in just over a year!
