  • Social Media Marketing - own and grow social channels across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X; plan and publish content, run paid social, and build community.
  • AI Marketing - build AI into the marketing stack itself; use agents, LLMs, and automation to unlock growth at scale.

Salary range: £30–60K + equity (DOE).

Jumpstart is a great fit if you have a few years of marketing experience (~2–4 years) in a startup, scale-up, agency, or corporate environment, and are:

  • Hungry for more ownership, impact, and speed
  • A builder at heart who loves creating something from scratch and seeing results in real time
  • AI-native: Comfortable using LLMs and automation tools to speed up your workflow and unlock growth
