Regardless of the job title (Ops, Founder’s Associate, Growth Associate etc.), you’ll typically work closely with the founder on high‑profile strategic projects. Progression is often rapid and depends on how you want to grow your career. Alumni have gone on to senior roles including Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, Product Manager, and AI/Growth Lead.
Who are we looking for?
- Proactive recent graduate – founded a side‑hustle at university, president of a university society, or involved in startup‑like activities.
- Corporate experience (~1–5 years) – gained experience in consulting, finance, or similar, and now looking for impact in a startup.
- Startup or scale‑up experience (~1–5 years) – already worked in a startup or scale‑up and looking for the next move.
- AI & automations specialist (~1–5 years) – experience in building workflow automations, using AI to improve processes, and running agents.
