Roles:
All roles on our generalist stream are generalist in nature. Regardless of the job title (Founder’s Associate, Finance Associate, etc.), you’ll typically work closely with the founder on high‑profile strategic projects. We’re specifically looking for candidates with a finance background, ideally accounting qualified (ACA or equivalent), with commercial or corporate finance experience who are ready to make a move into the startup world. Progression is often rapid, and alumni have moved on to senior roles including Chief of Staff, Head of Finance, and COO.
Who are we looking for?

- 1–5 years in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or similar
- Ready to move fast and work close to a founder
