On average, it takes approximately 4 weeks to receive an offer, and you can participate in the programme while in full-time work. Starting salaries range from £35-60K plus equity (depending on experience).

Roles: A combination of specific CS roles as well as generalist roles that tend to have a very customer success-focused lens. Progression is often rapid, and how you progress depends on how you want to grow your career. Our alumni have gone on to more senior roles including Chief of Staff, Head of Customer Success, and VP of Customer Success.

  • Proactive recent grad: Founded a side-hustle at university? The president of a university society? Been involved in various startup-like activities? You’re a perfect fit for Jumpstart!
  • Corporate experience (~1-5 years): Gained some corporate experience but now looking for a career that allows you to have an impact? A startup is the perfect place for you. Many of our alumni started their careers in consulting, finance, or similar fields.
  • Startup or scale-up experience (~1-5 years): Already have some startup or scaleup experience and looking for the next move? We’ll help you find a high-growth generalist role.
  • AI & Automations whizz (~1-5 years): Someone who has founded their own startup or worked in a startup/scaleup with experience in building workflow automations, using AI to improve processes, and building/running agents.
