What you'll do:
- Own a book of B2B customers and grow their usage
- Spot upsell and expansion opportunities
- Handle first-line technical questions on APIs and integrations
Is this you?
- 2+ years in customer success or technical support
- Comfortable talking about APIs, SDKs or cloud software
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom)
