What you’ll do: While the exact role varies by startup, Founding Sales Associate responsibilities typically include: Build and own early revenue : prospecting, outreach, qualification, and follow-ups across the full top of the funnel. Work directly with the founder to shape messaging, ICPs, pricing assumptions, and early sales playbooks. Execute daily while building systems — learning from calls and deals to help create repeatable sales processes and CRM workflows. Experiment, learn fast, and adapt — there are no rigid playbooks; your ideas will directly influence how sales is done. Play a core role in a startup’s growth , where every new lead, deal, and repeat customer genuinely matters. Grow into more senior roles as the company scales. Is this you? We’re looking for people who: Have 2–4 years of sales experience in tech/startups . Are motivated by exceeding targets & can demonstrate how you’ve done this before. Are confident speaking with decision-makers and can build rapport quickly. Are highly ambitious & looking for a career that gives you real ownership. Extra points if you’ve: Worked in a startup or high-growth environment before. Have side hustles, projects or other achievements that show your drive.
