Roles:
- All roles on our generalist stream are unsurprisingly generalist in nature. Regardless of the job title (Ops, Founder’s Associate, Commercial Associate etc.), you’ll typically work closely with the founder on high-profile strategic projects.
- Progression is often rapid & how you progress depends on how/where you want to progress your career. Our alumni have gone on to more senior roles including Chief of Staff, Head of Growth and Product Manager.
