About the Role: The commercial team works on smaller deals (200 employees and more) in new and existing market segments. We are looking for talent to continue disrupting the directory space which is expected to experience 2.5× growth in the next few years. The market we address is the commercial segment made of SMEs and companies up to a few thousand employees, many of which rely on their IT services partners to provide their Identity Access Management / Directory Services solution.
What you'll be doing:
- Apply and operationalize the MEDDIC / MEDDPICC sales methodology throughout the full sales cycle to improve qualification accuracy, deal progression, forecasting discipline, and win rates.
- Leverage AI-driven sales tools and workflows for prospecting, account research, pipeline intelligence, call analysis, forecasting, and opportunity prioritization.
- Drive business growth across the United Kingdom region, understanding local market dynamics, buying behavior, channel ecosystem, and compliance considerations.
- Build strategic relationships with CTOs, CISOs, Engineering Leaders, IT Directors, MSPs, and Google Workspace partners/resellers.
- Utilize AI-enabled platforms such as Gong, Sales Navigator, intent data platforms, and conversational intelligence tools to improve conversion.
We'll looking for:
- Strong hands‑on experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong for enterprise sales execution and pipeline management.
- Proven experience implementing and working within MEDDIC or MEDDPICC frameworks in SaaS or cybersecurity sales environments.
- AI‑savvy seller with experience leveraging generative AI and sales automation tools for account planning, personalized outreach, forecasting, competitive analysis, and pipeline acceleration.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA commercial and mid‑market technology landscape, including channel‑led and partner‑driven sales motions.
- Experience selling cybersecurity, identity management, IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, or IT infrastructure solutions is highly preferred.
- Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders across multi‑threaded sales opportunities.
- Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
- Minimum 7+ years of SaaS or cybersecurity technology sales experience, preferably within Identity, Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), or IT domains.
- Demonstrated success managing complex B2B sales cycles using MEDDPICC methodologies.
- Multilingual communication skills preferred, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse customer and partner stakeholders across the broader EMEA region.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted sales workflows, modern sales engagement platforms, and data‑driven prospecting techniques preferred.
Bonus Points:
- B.Tech and MBA preferred but not required.
